Michelle holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from George Mason University and a BA in English and Education from Mary Washington College. She also completed doctoral coursework in Curriculum & Instruction with an emphasis on technology integration. Her career spans over 30 years in the U.S., South Korea, and the U.K. From 2017 to 2023, Michelle served as School Director at Korea International School, leading two campuses with 1,400 students, and earning Apple Distinguished School status. Since 2023, she has been High School Principal at ACS International School Cobham in England.
