Libraries of SAS

Because stories matter. The four inspiring spaces that comprise the Libraries of SAS hold the largest collection of English language books in all of the Chinese Mainland. Impressive as this fact is, it's only the beginning of what makes our libraries so special.

At SAS, we recognize stories matter. But not simply traditional stories found in novels, research, or archives. Today, stories are created in digital design, videos, art, and more. And indeed, these are some of the formats our students discover in the Libraries of SAS. Our spaces echo the pedagogy of our school overall, by fostering discovery, creativity, and collaboration. And our collections are available for parents as well as students, including our catalog, A-Z database, and digital libraries page.

All of which makes the Libraries of SAS an ideal place to write your next chapter.

One of our many visiting authors, Jeff Kinney, author of Diary of a Wimpy Kid.

Our students benefit from a parade of visiting authors.

Places to collaborate. Places to discover.
